Design notes

I know this has been done before, but rolling number animations are something I really wanted to add to my UI library. The idea is a smooth, blurred transition when a number changes, instead of just swapping from one value to another. I don’t see many UI libraries covering these kinds of details, so I’m trying to cover as many real-world use cases as possible where a website could benefit from smooth, polished animations.
